How to unlock the Joy Wheel Loom
You can build the Joy Wheel Loom when your RV reaches level 7. It costs 8,200 Home Coins. The highest level is 4, which needs RV level 19. All the upgrades together cost 469,500 Home Coins.
From RV level 12, you can switch it to electric mode. Then it works on its own, with no Aniimo, as long as it is close to your power. A batch of Cotton Thread takes 54 seconds that way.

Best Aniimo for the Joy Wheel Loom
The Joy Wheel Loom needs a Wind Aniimo, and some are better at it than others. The best ones are Cornet, Eklue, Gracewing, Helgon, Somniwing, Tromber, Tubster and Turbo. They work at level 3. If you have one of their Prismana forms, even better: they work at level 4.
