How to unlock the Floral Windmill

You can build the Floral Windmill when your RV reaches level 18. It costs 453,000 Home Coins.

When the breeze picks up, the windmill turns and the flowers spin along with it. Aniimo frolic between the whirling blooms and blades, scattering all kinds of goods as they play.

As soon as you build it, the Floral Windmill can make Scales.

The Scales recipe that makes 12 shows up at level 1, but you also need Resource Detector level 8 on your RV. You get that at RV level 19.

Who can work the Floral Windmill

Only Flutternym, Gracewing or Somniwing can work at the Floral Windmill. No other Aniimo can work here, even with a high leisure level. So if you want Scales, you'll need a Flutternym first. Somniwing is the best worker, at level 4.
