How to unlock the Bouncy Brew Keg
You can build the Bouncy Brew Keg when your RV reaches level 6. It costs 4,200 Home Coins. The highest level is 5, which needs RV level 19. All the upgrades together cost 1,069,200 Home Coins.
From RV level 12, you can switch it to electric mode. Then it works on its own, with no Aniimo, as long as it is close to your power. A batch of Sugarcane Juice takes 54 seconds that way.

As soon as you build it, the Bouncy Brew Keg can make Toasted Rice Green Tea and Wheat Tea. Each upgrade adds new recipes. The last ones are Coconut Cocoa, Hot Cocoa, Orange Flower Dew and Agave Drink, at level 5.
Potato Kvass needs a Recipe Note before you can make it.

Best Aniimo for the Bouncy Brew Keg
