How to unlock the Dewy House
You can build the Dewy House when your RV reaches level 6. It costs 4,200 Home Coins. The highest level is 2, which needs RV level 11. All the upgrades together cost 273,200 Home Coins.

What the Dewy House is good for
Aromathyst goes into Lavender Incense, Rose Incense, Orange Flower Incense, Cherry Incense, Lemon Incense, Bamboo Joss Stick, Herbal Ginseng Aroma and Advanced Lemon Incense at the Phonolfactory Table.
Level 2 costs a lot, but it lets the Dewy House hold 240 Aromathyst instead of 80. And when your Resource Detector reaches level 3, it gets a quick recipe that makes 12 Aromathyst at a time instead of 4.

Who can work the Dewy House
Only Dewy or Fragrancier can work at the Dewy House. No other Aniimo can work here, even with a high leisure level. So if you want Aromathyst, you'll need a Dewy first. Fragrancier is the best worker, at level 3.
Here's a tip: an Instinctive Aniimo works 20% faster here. Instinctive is the I in an Aniimo's four-letter personality. If yours doesn't have it, a Psyche Fruit can change the letters.
Is it worth upgrading the Dewy House?
The most expensive upgrade is level 2. It costs 269,000 Home Coins and needs RV level 11. That is more than all the other upgrades put together. But it unlocks the Aromathyst recipe that makes 12, the most valuable thing the Dewy House makes, so it is worth saving up for.
