Leisure means making things by playing. Some Aniimo nap, dig or play at a building and leave something behind. But each leisure building only lets in its own family of Aniimo. For example, a level 3 Turbo can't work at the Dewy House. So first check which Aniimo a building needs, then pick the one with the highest level.
