Every Sanctum
Idyll has seventeen Sanctums: fourteen you clear alone and three that need a second player, Lightning Gale, Blazing Wings and Courageous Wit. Every first clear pays one Breezy Plains Lumin Amber and 500 Pathfinder EXP, and the optional chests inside add up to more. Most Sanctums were renamed at launch, so older lists use names such as Water to Ice, which is now Frigid Waters.

What a clear pays
A first clear pays one Breezy Plains Lumin Amber and 500 Pathfinder EXP, and restores the Vein. The chests inside are optional and come in Basic, Standard and Premium grades.
Lumin Amber is what feeds the Breezy Plains Branch, so Sanctums are also a Stamina upgrade in disguise.
Old names
Most Sanctums were renamed when the game launched. Water to Ice is now Frigid Waters, First Flame is now First Spark and Flaming Wings is now Blazing Wings, so a guide that uses the old names is describing the same room.
