The second-stage skill grants additional Crit Rate ranging from 0% to 30%; the farther the target, the higher the bonus.
Guilty Hook
Launches a Hookshot to damage targets in a frontal cone. Then retracts the Hookshot to damage them again and pulls non-Alpha targets in front of the caster.
Flamewing Slash
Quickly charges toward the target, dealing damage with wing slashes, and applies [Lockdown] on hit, lasting 20s.
