Finish the Russet Highlands quest Warrior, part of The Legend of Helmuts and Helgons. Then Twine with a Pawney, use the empty stone platform at the summit and choose to return the treasure. The Sanctum appears.

- Climb the stairs past the chest to the Vein, and restore it to clear the Sanctum.
