The route

Awaken the Sanctum's Popota and Twine with it.
Swim down the rapids and keep an eye on both sides. Jump over obstacles, and use your sprint to swim and jump faster.
Swim over the glowing floor patterns for a quick speed boost, and touch the big yellow ball to get your Stamina back.
Reach the heart within 120 seconds. When time runs out, the water rises and covers the best chest.
Open the three chests at the heart, then restore the Vein.
