In Berylline Causeway, also called Berylline Vale, at map coordinates -0874, 1664, not far from Mudstone Pass.

The route

Choose Challenge. If you're not in a party, the game finds you a partner.
One player Twines with Bolty, the other with Wisptis.
Bolty charges batteries and powers anything that carries electricity, like wet floors and metal. Use it to start fans, lifts and gates.
Wisptis rides the fans up to high platforms and stands on switches. That lowers lifts and starts floating platforms, so Bolty can cross.
Chests: one on a raised platform beside a fenced gate, one in a sunken channel full of water near the pipes, one behind a lattice gate and one on a high platform above a big drop.
When you're both ready, restore the Vein together. You can come back any time for chests you missed.

Also needed: The Sanctum's own Wisptis, which rides the fans and stands on switches.
