Where it is

On the highest floor inside Sandcastle Hill, east of the Sandcastle Hill Bloom (map coordinates 0276, 1778). Climb the cavern inside on the air vents; the last vent leaves you close to the Sanctum.

The route

Bring a second player: one awakens and Twines with Pawney, the other with Cozite.
Pawney takes the left entryway, grapples across the platforms and pulls the lever on the last one to stop the flame traps, then grapples to the platform on the left for a chest.
Cozite shrinks to fit through the small gap, hits the purple target with a mud ball to open the gate and the purple crystal to rotate the mechanism, then shoots the crystal again past the platform to reveal a blue chest.
Cozite floats up on the wind turbines with Fly; when both players use the monument, the next room opens.
Cozite shoots the crystal to twist the platform left so Pawney can grapple onto it and pull the lever for the flame traps.
Run over the collapsing floor quickly. One of you can cross first while the other waits for the floor to come back.
At the spike traps, Pawney grapples to the left platform and holds the pressure plate for Cozite, and Cozite turns the mechanism so Pawney can reach the tall platform.
In the next room, Pawney steps on and off the new pressure plate in time for Cozite to clear three sets of spikes, and picks up the chest at the end.
Ride the moving platforms on the right, then trade one more pressure plate and crystal shot and use the next monument.
In the cage platforms, Cozite shoots the left crystal to move Pawney on and the right one so Pawney can open the blue chest; once Pawney is in the last section, Cozite shoots the right crystal again so Pawney can grab the purple chest behind it, then Pawney pulls the lever to stop the fire traps.
Use the final monument and reach the Vein to clear the Sanctum.

Also needed: Shrinking, mud balls and floating up on wind turbines, from the Sanctum's own Cozite.
