Known Issues & Fixes

Polaris Institute is currently addressing several technical issues, including Irisalis's Ultimate failing to register damage under poor network conditions and the Butterflies Among the Blossoms avatar frame not unlocking correctly. Mobile players may encounter color discrepancies with Sparkling Prismana, display errors in the Forest of Butterfly Dreams event page, or game freezes on Android devices during the Stars and the Knight Journey quest. Additionally, attempting to catch an Alpha can occasionally trigger a status error, and Lightweave milestone reward previews may show incorrect accessories.
