Team building
A combat party holds four Aniimo. Cover damage, BREAK, energy and healing rather than stacking damage dealers, because an all-damage team runs out of EP. Switching matters as much as picking, since many traits reward bringing the next Aniimo in. Below is a team for each element, built around how their skills chain together.
What each role does

Why these teams work
The logic is chains, not raw stats. The Ice team stacks an Ice debuff with Geoclaw so Glynsera can consume it. The Water team keeps Sherro next to the puddles Panpanta and Erlath leave. The Wind team is one family, because Chirpi, Tromber and Tubster stack movement buffs that Cornet spends.
Switching is part of the design: Chirpi's own trait restores EP to the next member of its family you bring in.

How many Aniimo can you have in a team?
Four in the combat party, plus a separate exploration party.
What is the best team in Aniimo?
A balanced one: damage, BREAK, energy and healing. There is a strong team for each element on this page.
Why does my team run out of EP?
Too many damage dealers. An Energy role, also called Regen, restores the team's EP.
What is the best Ice team?
Glynsera, Geoclaw, Prismana Glacy and Somniwing, built around stacking and then consuming an Ice debuff.
What is the best Dark team?
Stellarys, Rookey, Fragrancier and Hexxin, using Stellarys's clone to double the value of the debuffs.
Does switching Aniimo matter?
Yes. Several traits reward it, such as Chirpi's, which restores EP to the next family member you switch in.
