# Frigid Waters Sanctum (Aniimo)

## Where it is

In a cave inside the large crater on the west side of Beast Fang Ridge (map coordinates -1413, 1398). Go in through a gap in the crater wall, or through a second cave sealed by ice that you melt. Alpha Scorchhowl stands in the ring of three standing stones to its east and Alpha Glynsera is to its south.

## The route

1. Just inside, use Control to drag the ice block off the floating platform on the left and drop it on the button left of the closed gate.
2. Awaken the statue to summon the Sanctum's Fenrier, Twine with it and use its Ice Creation skill to make ice blocks you can cross the water on.
3. Turn left and build ice over to the back of the platform in the water, then climb up for the first chest.
4. Further in, a button has to be held down to open the gate on the waterway: make an ice block on the water, untwine, drag it onto the button, then Twine again and keep building ice to cross.
5. While crossing, turn left and build more ice to reach the second chest by the wall.
6. On the far side, by the locked gate and the two fire pillars, make an ice block on the small pool, untwine and drop it into the slot beside the door. Be quick, as the fire melts it faster.
7. In the next room, drag an ice block onto the platform with blue patterns to raise the one with purple patterns, and climb that for the last chest.
8. Then do the opposite, ice on the purple platform, to raise the other one, and climb it to the stairs and the Vein.

## What it pays

- First clear: 1 Lumin Amber and 500 Pathfinder EXP
- 3 chests, each with 10 Glimmers, 10 Sparkling Crystals and 10,000 Credits plus one held item (Heartseeker Pendant, Lightning Needle and Echoing Grimoire, one per chest)
