## What to bring

Fire, Wind or Dark against an all Grass team (Leafy is also Water, so Wind is the clean hit on it). Scorchhowl, Infergon, Inferlupa, Flamerion, Cornet, Tubster, Helgon and Rookey all work. Bring a healer or a shield.

## How the fight goes

- Thornblade and Melloblum hit the hardest, so plan your healing or shields around them.
- Leafy is slow to kill. Aim for a main damage dealer of at least 2,800 CP so you can finish it before time runs out.
- Leafy's Vitality Blooms speeds up EP recovery for Grass Aniimo standing in it. Dash away so his team follows you out first.
- Rookey's Ballistic Guard sends out a shockwave every time it is hit, and Thornblade and Melloblum hit many times. Keep Rookey healed, since it does not resist Grass.
- Stay out of Thornblade's melee reach. A Cornet can hit it from the air with Wind Bomb Rush.
- If Scorchhowl is your main damage dealer, add a Break or crowd control Aniimo so its Burn Breaker connects.

## When it opens

Level 45, after Elite Training chapter 4. Beating him in the quest opens his Elite rematch.
