The Unbegun Ceremony is Bloomville's festival, and it's a short quest. Talk to the Elder, go to the festival, then find Sunia. The festival's guest, Irelia, never comes, and that mystery drives the rest of the story. It pays an Irisalis Petal and 30,000 Credits.
